The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in Mumbai hosted a three-day authors’ workshop to discuss and advance the joint publications of the EPR research consortium, including two books.

On the first day, authors presented their chapters with regards to the integrative theme “Natural resources and grievances”, which will be united in a book co-edited by Hamid Ali and Lars-Erik Cederman. The second day focused on the integrative theme “Perceived and objective grievances”, which will also result in a book, co-edited by Simon Hug and Madhushree Sekher. On the third day, researchers discussed the overall dissemination strategy and other organizational matters.

Thanks to helpful feedback of the discussants, the chapter drafts improved tremendously. Both book proposals, including complete chapters, will be submitted to publishers this year.
